“We are excited to announce a new partnership with East Tennessee Apprentice Readiness Program. Starting this January, students who are ready to enter the trade skills workforce will now be able to start their pre apprenticeship training during the school day at Roane County Schools. Upon graduation from the program, students will be ready for apprentice roles in careers and have the possibility to enter to workforce at a higher pay rate.
