RCHS Student Council, in accordance with the National Association of Student Councils, promotes and provides leadership development opportunities to prepare and empower student leaders to serve their schools and communities.

Members of Student Council serve as a communication link between the student body and the administration, working as part of the student government to encourage active involvement at RCHS and the broader community. Activities include planning and facilitating student events at RCHS, working on service projects, and attending Student Council programs that focus on developing leadership skills.

Membership consists of representatives from each of the four classes selected by the students. Meetings are held before school at 8:00 in the auditorium when announced.
