Picnic on the Green

Seniors and Parents,

The sponsors of the Senior Activities are in charge of organizing, purchasing, and preparing food for the “Picnic on the Green” to be held Thursday, May 17. In order to provide a festive picnic for an evening of celebration with plenty of good food for 160 seniors and their families (approximately 300 people) and for creating a graduation setting that will honor the accomplishments of our graduates, we need your help with some purchases.

Please sponsor the picnic by making a cash donation to purchase picnic foods or volunteer supplies: plates, napkins, condiments, buns, chips in bags, or canned drinks. Meat will be purchased with donations sent. Please call or email Mrs. Linda Olmsted at 865-376-6534 to volunteer, purchase, and/or contribute any of the supplies by May 14.
