SchooHoo Alert System

The school system and Roane County High School use Schoohoo when sending out school related messages.
To receive alerts you must subscribe to our FREE school alert system.
The process is easy and you can unsubscribe at anytime.
The system is very beneficial because it can be used to alert parents of school closings, early dismissals and other important school announcements through email and/or text messages.
Text messaging is free through Schoohoo, but be aware that cell phone service providers may charge for text messages.
To begin, you will need to go to the Schoohoo website and subscribe.
On the home page you will first select “Receive Alerts”.
Second, you will need to select “Click Here” for a free account.
Fill in the *required information.
After typing in your email address, you will create a password. Do not use your email account password. The password you provide will be specific to your Schoohoo account.
Be sure to select a user type, such as “Parent/Guardian”.
At the bottom you will see “Find a School to Subscribe to”. Type in Roane County High School and select “Find”.
In the box will appear “TN: Roane County High School, Kingston”.
Select “Subscribe to Selected School”.
Select “Save My Account”.
You are now in our school alert system.
Please call us at #376-6534 if you have any questions concerning the system.
